473mL can, pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma is full of whispy wheat, bright raspberry and gentle lacto — smells like a legit raspberry Berliner. Flavour is soft, with tart raspberries, lots of wheaty notes, and low-level lacto. This is very on-point for a Berliner — doesn't have that yogurty nonsense that so many crappy kettle sours have. Dry, wheaty, fruity finish. This is great.

The bitterness tastes a bit chemical which taints it a bit. The underlying flavour profile seems solid though.
