473ml can. Pours a cloudy gold orange with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, peach skin, yogurt, oak and funky lacto. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, peach flesh, yogurt, white wine, oak, vinegar and funky lacto in a dry, acidic, sour finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Complex and delicious.

[Vintage 2021] 500mL bottle. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma has roasted malts, espresso, and a ton of smoky bourbon. Flavour has rich roasted malts, dark chocolate, espresso, all wrapped in nice smoky bourbon. Deep and rich, lots of good roast and well-complemented with bourbon. Excellent.

473mL can. Pours clearish gold with a white head. Aroma has light salt, sweet malts, and a bit of sweaty, fruity hops. Flavour has some salt up front, quickly dominated by chewy malts and tart fruit skins. Inoffensive and the profile is refreshing, but seems odd for a gose.

Draft I think at the source. 6.5% thankfully. Cloudy to murky reddish amber color light tan head. Aroma of cherry, root beer, balsamic vinegar. Taste is sweet and sour cherry and raw sourdough light tannins subtle vanilla. Reminds me more of a Flemish red than a kriek. Tasty
