Bottle, 11.8%. Good caramel aroma. Hazy dark red brown colour. Very small white head. The flavour is quite alcoholic. Has a good caramel flavour, from the hops, I guess. Too alcoholic.

Bottle, 65cl, 11.8%, vintage 2011. A small, dense, light beige head forms over a more or less clear, glowing reddish body. The aroma has a nice citrusy hoppyness, as well as caramel maltyness and dried fruits. Sugary, lighlty piney and with a touch of alcohol. The flavor is a bit on the sweet side I think, but on the other hand there’s enough hops to deal with it. Resiny, bitter and citrusy. Warming and full-bodied. Lasting finish with alcohol, sweetness and a solid dose of hops. 120218
