A cask pint and a half was ordered on 8th Sep 2016 in the Bloomfield Brewhouse: the wife couldn’t finish her half and my pint was left also. Golden bodied with white head that gave off some decent lacing (at first). Dirty glass aroma, the bland blend was dry and semi-bitter with very little if any flavour. Should have taken the beers back, but I tried to ’soldier on’ and by the time I had to stop the beer level was a bit low to return. Luckily the other cask ales were fine (only ordered half-pints though, just in case).
