Bière dégustée chez Nisha à Vilnius. Robe jaune doré trouble, belle mousse blanche qui laisse un léger col. Nez expressif de levure, de fruits jaunes à noyau et de zeste d’agrumes. En bouche, attaque juteuse, houblonnée, avec des notes franches d’abricot, de mangue, d’orange zestée. L’amertume est bien présente et accompagne parfaitement le profil fruité. Une NEIPA généreuse, solaire, qui ravira les amateurs d’agrumes.
