A hazy bright golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of pineapple, tropical fruits, mango, some coconut. Taste of dry tropical fruits, hop oils, pineapple, hints of coconut, long sharp bitterness.

"Eremita Braukunst Frida", "Spezialsud #12", Fläschchen vom Landbierparadies. - Goldgelb, leicht trüb; üppiger lockerer Schaum mit Ringen. - In der Nase knackige, leicht exotische zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, Pampelmuse, etwas Hefe, ein Hauch von Karamel. - Im Antrunk knackige zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe mit bitterer Grapefruitschale über schlankem, fast dünnem Malzkörper mit Butterkeks und nicht mehr allzu frischer Hefe. Kaum süß. Milder rezent, schlank aber weich. Im Abgang knackige, etwas erdige Zitrusbittere. Sehr langer bitterer Nachtrunk. - Aromatisch (mit Saphir) aber etwas rustikal gehopftes, knackig bitteres Pils vom Land. Angeblich inspiriert von einem Hängebauchschwein (steht tatsächlich auf dem Etikett!). (1.8.2024.)

Malty and roasty

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and slightly pale and caramel malty aroma, hints of overripe fruit, a touch of rotten fruit, mandarine, orange peel. Taste is slightly bitter and papery, fruity hoppy, pale and caramel malty basis with low residual sweetness, unspecific fruitiness, a touch of cardboard. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, soft carbonation. Unfresh, almost a tad insipid - hardly acceptable as an IPA.

15/6/2024. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers. Shared at Malilla GP. Pours clear pale golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is veggie, grainy, buttery, caramel, stewed fruits. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, some flowery perfumes. Moderate body, watery, lightly fizzy. Fair.

Hopfiger, herb-karamelliger Start. Getreidig-bitter, ansteigend blumig hopfig, frisch, hohe Süffigkeit. Kantiger, bitter-hopfiger Mittelteil und Abgang, trocken karamellig, Zitrusfrüchte. 10/11/11/12/9/11

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Grassy and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, pale malty background, a minimally funky yeasty touch, hints of old lemongrass, a weak touch of lime, green apple, yellow apple. Taste is pale malty and slightly grassy hoppy with a minimally earthy, musty touch, hints of moss. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation. Rather earthy, minimal muesli character, not overly refreshing - so-so.
