Freestyle Brewing is a venture between Griffin Inn licensee Mick Pugh and his son Oliver which can be found in the old coffin shop directly next door to the Inn. Originally called The Griffin Inn Brewery which began in 2008. The brewery currently supplies the Griffin Inn and beer festivals.

ABV: 4.8%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, open off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191009]
