Sample at The Ohio Taproom. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Floral hops, malt and fruit in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hop, fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity with a mild hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can, very clear pale yellow, rapidly fading white head. Lean brisk pils nose but mostly a neutral olfactory. Not as much sharp bitter pils bite at first. pretty good carbonation. Yes, thru the middle the taste remains reserved and easy to deal with. Lacks tendency of most domestic pils to be over the top in sharpness. Towards the end I'm digging this; it certainly has the feel of a real euro pils yet its well behaved and natural in its own way. Ends with a note of refreshment and somewhat, satisfaction. Better than expected.

Light gold pour. Frothy white head. Standard golden lager. Some mats, light floral hopping. Medium chewy palate. Goes down ok. However I played great at Frowling

Hah, great score for less than 2$. I'm diggen this. A high alky leftover holiday (PC correct BTW) brew. Its got a big alky kick from the start. Yes, this is a slightly darker than pale brew with lots of visible co2 in there. The feel of the co2 is just average. In the middle its a little sweet and cloying, just like many xmas brews. Yes its a little volatile, but that is to be expected. These spiced holiday brews always try to come across with a numbing experience. Well, its a typical December brew for the holidays, there you have it. Good to have this for a small groundhog day vacation. After all, it was up to 45F today when it was below zero Fahrenheit yesterday. That's way less than 0 degrees C for you metric dudes.
