Can picked up from Oakchurch, Staunton on Wye, Herefordshire. Had this Friday 27th February 2026 around Isobel's, Spond, Herefordshire whilst thinking about making a Chicken Tikka Masala. Pours orange in colour with a fast disappearing white head. It's a bit prickly on the tongue, slight dustiness on the nose, aroma doesn't smell like it's infected but it sort of tastes that way, it's just drab, dusty and amateurish, not great. Score 4.0

28/8/2021. Cask at the 2021 East Anglian Beer Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear dark amber with a very small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, fruit, light spicy earthy notes. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Bitter finish. Quite enjoyed it.
