750mL bottle. Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Tannic apple skins, off-dry apples, some floral notes. Flavour has fermented apples, some skins, off-dry, slightly floral. It's okay.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear dark amber, almost no head. Nose is full of tart cherry, apple skins, and only a touch of rosemary. Flavour is fairly dry, with plenty of tart cherry, dry apple skins, and no real at all of the rosemary. Dry, tart, fairly fruity but not spicy at all. Pleasant.

Very slight rosé colour. Aroma is appley for sure, on the palate more tannic and dry. The hop doesn’t come across as distinctive, and neither does the guava. Yet, it’s a good mellow character that seems to round out a cider that wants to be a bit rough.

Poured from the tap @ the Magnet. Clear pinkish gold with no head. Apple with very feint guava and hops (almost unnoticeable).

On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear very pale yellowish blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, light sugars, no farmhouse notes. Flavour is close to bone dry, with crisp apple skins and a touch of core. No real wild yeast character, which is disappointing. Competently made, but it lacks pizzazz and just kind of falls flat. Decent but unexciting.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out plenty of passionfruit, floral hops, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is bright, with tons of floral hops, passionfruit, and some crisp apple core. Decently balanced but still has too much residual sweetness and apple core (and not enough funk) for my tastes. Competent.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear golden with no head. Nose brings out gently tart pears, some sweetness and pear core. Flavour is not all that complex, with lightly sweet, stewed pears and light pear core. Simple but pleasant enough. Little complexity. Okay.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear ros red with almost no head. Nose is dominated by the hibiscus, with a slight spiciness from the ginger, which both drown out the apples. Flavour is quite fruity, with lots of hibiscus and red berries, very subtle ginger, and a hint of crisp apple skins. No real complexity or depth, just driven by the adjuncts. It's fine.

Poured from the tap. Clear orangey pink. Medium light ginger, hint of hibiscus, fairly simplistic, not a lot going on, but clean and refreshing. Wouldn’t turn my nose up to it if offered at a party.
