On tap at Westlake, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite restrained, with gentle floral hops and not much else. Flavour is restrained, with light sweet malt, floral hops, and a touch of stone fruit. Relaxed but clean and fruit. I'd like more hops here, but this is quite pleasant.

Short pour @ the source. Clear, medium gold, mostly still pour. Basic grain bitter nose; potato chips. Rich, semi-sweet, lightly tart, bitter lime skin, saturated grain. Decent flavor, bad texture/body. Mellow carb, strong, syrupy, difficult. Meh.

Short pour at the source. Surprised to see two ciders on tap, but neither was any good. Clear, paler gold than the house cider. Grainy, tart, basic bitch nose. Taste is bittersharp, leeching lemon & a little iron. Very clean & devoid of fun. This & the pear are so closely related. Thin. Easy. Meh.

Frothy, lingering, clear pure amber short pour. Sharp hint of grain, some dough, then nothing. Seriously thin with some froth. Sharp grain, bittersweet, mellow pith bitterness that isn't enough. Light acid, tea, generic cereal sweetness. Some lingering tannic tea feels on the finish. Watered down & lacking.

Short pour at the source. Clear, vibrant 14k gold pour. Dusty, dull, disappointing nose. Bittertart, sharp, lime, wine yeast, some melon, very acidic, sulfite finish. Thin, sharp, easy. Whatever.
