A bit too flat for my taste. This is a simple ale that can easily be finished in 10 minutes. Ergo, not too interesting.

Decent stout beer, always nice to drink a pint from. I do prefer Guinness though.

Nitro can. Light sweet brown sugar-molasses aroma. Black brown with a small dense creamy head. Light roasty malt flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. Light, pleasant, sessionable stout, but rather unremarkable.

Tap at a pop up bar on the banks of the Tiber, Roma, 22/06/13. Clear pale golden with a white head. Nose is pale malt, light caramels, grass, touch of citrus. Taste follows, caramel, light sugars, pale malts, bready notes. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Not the worst macro offering out there but I only got involved as it appeared the best of a bad bunch !

Bottled, 0.33l. Clear pale amber color with small creamy tan-like head and decent lacing. Aroma of mild bready malt, caramel and dried fruits. Taste starts with sweet syrupy malt and followed by sweet and mildly sour fruitiness. This one is quite mouth-coating, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Some years ago I thought this oneโs the best beer in the world :)

From tap at Joshua Tree Pub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is butterish and toasted malt. Once past the butter the beer is caramelish, sweet and yet bitter. Thick sweet and bitter finish.
