Tangy, citrusy fruity aroma, notes of salted lemon, loomi, hints of lime, a touch of lemon. Taste is tart, citrusy fruity, slightly tangy, notes of salted lemon, loomi, lime, a touch of lemon. Acid thinned, watery texture, astringent palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Well balanced, not overdone, rather monotonous though, almost a bit insipid, still refreshing - pleasurable.

Taste: Lightly tart and sweet, very light bitterness, grape, grapeskin, wood, tannins, minerals, wild yeast funk. Just under medium body, bit watery. under average carbonation. Dry-ish finish. Mwah, too watery, lacking flavour.
