Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Clear pale yellow colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, pulpy, mucky funk hints. Taste is sweet, apple, floral fruity, with some light acidity. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB: Poured a clear with white head. Aroma is musty apple. Taste is semi-sweet, apple.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale gold colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple, rubber-like note. Taste is sweet, apple, phenolic, whisky, wood barrel, with mellow citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Norwich Beer Fest: Poured a white cider with a white head. Aroma is woodsy, rubbery, leathery. Taste is semi-sweet, char, apple, woodsy.

Cask at the Kings Arms Norwich. A light hazed petrol gold with no head. Aroma is tangy apple, light plastic twist of lemon, lime. Flavour is composed of crisp and tart, lemon rind, tangy apple.. Refreshing. Palate is tart, crisp, pinch of acid. Refreshing.

Cask at the Kings Arms Norwich. A light hazed petrol yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is earthy apple, light plastic, some tang. Pinch of acid. Flavour is composed of tart juicy apple, light prickle, juicy sweets.. Palate is semi sweet, tart, rounded, fine carbonation. Nice.

2/9/2020. Draught at the Queen’s Head, Earsham. Pours clear very pale gold with no head. Aroma of green apples, touch acidic, citrus and slight sulphur. Light sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, low carbonation. Nice dry tart apple finish. Nicely done.
