Sample courtesy of Grumbo via danlo, cheers! Aroma of sharp citrus apple, stewed cooking apple and a hint of funk. Fizzy and tangy with a hint of spice at the end.

26/10/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours fizzy hazy/cloudy pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of tart apple, citrus, passionfruit. Moderate sweetness, medium tart. Moderate body, prickly carbonation. Pretty decent.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, with funk & citric sour acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable
