Tap at Pivana. Hazy golden body, white head. Dull matly aroma. Lean taste, light honeyish maltiness, vague citrus fruits. This tastes nothing like the Vukovarsko of yore, so I seriously doubt that the recipe's the same, unless the new equipment made it infinitely more bland and boring. But hey, at least it's not gonna get spoiled all the time. Generic bland lager.

0,5 l bottle. Pours golden with a big, quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is mainly malty, grainy, some bread and honey, light herbal and floral hop notes. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is on the light side, carbonation is average and mouthfeel slick. Finish is dry and short.

Taste starts medium sweet grainy and honeyed, following is citrusy, floral and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Not so bad...

Bottle, 0.5l. Clear yellow pour with minimal white head, leaving good lacing. Thin layer stays on top throughout the whole drink. Nose is malty, grainy and a bit herbal. Subtle hops. Thin body, light texture. Regular carbonation, a bit on the softer side, smooth on the tongue. Balanced taste, a bit malty, subtle caramel sweetness followed by mildly bitter earthy hops. Grassy, grainy, a bit hay. Well pronounced hoppy character, nice. Dry mouthfeel and finish. Overall, good one. Came out better then expected. A decent thirst quencher and - if available - a much better choice then regular Croatian macros.
