500ml bottle. Misty yellow appearance. Nice caramelised apple fruit, a little scuzzy, light acidity, mild bitter woody notes, gentle tannin. Decent, characterful.

29/3/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, light funky notes, initially a touch mucky but that faded. Quite tangy to taste, medium sweet, light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nicely drinkable in some glorious end of March weather.

500ml bottle from Cider Shack. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, some funk. Taste is tangy apple, alittle core, with juicy, bittersweet notes, some funk and tannins. Medium bodied, ligth carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
