Botted. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, some wood. Flavour is herbs, some grains and mild grassy tones with some nice bready smoothness. Easy going, but still very nice.

Draught. Slightly hazy golden colour with a small creamy head. Aroma is grains, bread, some herbs and mild yeasty tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some earthy and mild yeasty and bready notes. Not that far from the unfiltered version.

Draught. Yellowish golden colour with some haze to it and a nice big foamy white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is bready, malty, yeasty, some herbal and mild floral tones. Flavour is yeasty, some bready, mild grassy, herbal and floral notes in a nice balance. Easy to drink and very smooth.

From tap at the brewery pub 23.10.22. Dark brown. Dense and persistent beige head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, cigar box and noble hops. Good!

From tap at the brewhouse 23.10.22. Shiny clear golden. Dense and persistent white head and lacing. Excellent aroma and taste of pilsner malt, meadowy hops and succade. Just superb!

Pours a clear, beautiful deep golden, with about one finger of white head. Quite quick at dissipating but still leaves nice lacing. Quite good intensity in a relatively simple aroma: delicate cereal/hay base, a bit of soapiness, fresh grassy/herbal notes and the slightest lemonish touch. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, with light to medium sweetness and medium bitterness; a classic yet more bitter than usual taste for the style, especially in a firmly dry finish/aftertaste. Light bodied as obvious but not at all watery, average carbonation. Definitely a nice one, though not impressive to me; maybe a delivered pet bottle doesn't do it full justice.
