Flaska från Khioskh drucken ur flaskan till en pizza från Itzi Pitzi. Beskare än jag minns den på fat. Helt ok :-)

Bottle, 4.0%. Weak dusty aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is slightly malty with a weak floral hop aroma. Watery finish but good mouthfeel got the ABV.

Flaska från Glasbanken. Disig bärnstensfärgad vätska med högt livligt skum. Söt maltig och fruktig doft och smak. Stor kropp, bröd, jäst, kryddor, fruktkompott. Lite kartong i eftersmaken. Inte klockren, kanske lite trött/infekterad men helt ok

Beatiful deep golden with almost perfect clarity, a bit hazy on second pour. A rather big per style and compact white head shows quite good retention and nice lacing. A mellow but still decently intense aroma shows a light cerealish and white bread (almost dough-like) base, overcome by fresh cedar notes and lighter flowery and grassy notes, plus the slightest hint of soapiness. Taste notes confirm a soft white bread base with the slightest buttery hint and hop notes as per aroma. It's a very pleasant and well integrated flavour profile, though not a super bright/defined one. Sweetness and bitterness are in perfect balance, with none standing out in both taste and aftertaste (where a cedary hint lingers). Overall this is probably on the sweet edge of the style. Light to medium body with super-delicate but not too low carbonation (you almost can't feel the bubbles, but they are there), resulting in a super easy smooth but lively mouthfeel. Overall: decently deep, well balanced, highly drinkable and quite refreshing, slightly rustic. Beautiful beer.
