Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass amber coloured, nice head. Hoppy-dry-spicy aroma. Starts strong, malty, bitter hoppy background. Some fruity hints, some orange, dried fruits. Finish well balanced, still with fine dry bitter notes. Interesting one!

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a creamy and lacing, off-white head. Nose is a little dusty, faint nuts and caramel. Good malty body, very soft on the palate, slight toffee notes and good bittering hops. I'd call this a Dunkler Bock - and a clean and well made one. 220322
