Durch Zufall haben wir dieses Brauerei-Schiff gefunden, wo im Schiffsbauch wirklich Gär- und Lagertanks mit Braumeister stehen. Das Dunkle ist wirklich schön komponiert und hat feine Schokolade- und Kaffeearomen. Dabei ist es schön süffig und nicht bitter oder sauer. Hat mir wirklich gut geschmeckt.

Tap at the brewery. Med-light diacetyl present, which somewhat throws off the body and hops character, but fortunately not too much. Moderate body, moderate carbonation. Malt in complementary amount, clean honeyish. Moderate intensity hops character, exotic, citrusy, generally fruity. Med-high bitterness. Drinkable, good.

Tap at the brewery. Med-full body, moderate carbonation. Well balanced, beginning rather malty sweet, honeyish, biscuity, ending rather dry and bitter, hoppy. Subtle hops character, herbal, grassy. Easy drinking, good one.
