В 2003 году мы открыли одну из первых семейных пивоварен в России. Уже тогда мы варили красный эль и копчёный раух, когда еще никто в нашей стране не знал слово «крафт». В 2009 запустили новое производство в совхозе «Масловский» — наш великолепный замок. В 2018 восстановили вкусы «Жигулевского» разных эпох: от индустриализации до Олимпиады 1980. В 2019 получили первую международную награду — серебро престижного немецкого конкурса European Beer Star. Новые медали, в том числе золотые, не заставили себя долго ждать. В 2023 году экскурсии на пивоварне «ТАРКОС» посетили 14 000 человек.

450ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is coriander, citrus zest, pale malt. Taste is medium sweet, coriander and citrus. Light bitter finish. Way too sweet. Couldn’t drink more than half.

Appearance: Clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma: Herbs, floral notes, citrus, less earth.. Taste: Same picture. Light sweet, medium plus bitter. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Feels rather like a good English IPA.

Grain, toast, bread. Distant hop. Low bitterness. More hop in the aftertaste. Mouth feel: medium minus body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: not a star
