Tap at Pivstro. Fairly clear shiny amber body, thick, everlasting off white head. Soft aroma, citric jam... so marmalade I guess, full but from heavy. Lean taste, immediate blasts of bitterness covering a minerally citric and malty body. A bit on the extreme side and unbalanced, but enormously respectable!
