Bouteille 75cl de et partagée avec Tderoeck. Couleur brune foncée, col doré blanc-cassé. Arôme est malté, grille gardant uen approche très tchèque, pointe de fruité rouge perce en retro. Palais est malté grille, caramel, pointe épicé avec une note de réglisse, côté levure arrive en retrait, houblonné perce également discrètement.

Thank you tderoeck! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Tim’s Christmas Tasting”. Black, mocha bubbles. Nose is herbal, big leaves, mocha, powdery, herbal with some sugar. Taste is touch watery herbal, leaves, licorice, ashes, herbal, powdery mocha, instant coffee. Body is powdery & tad watery. Decent but multiple facets (herbal, watery, ashes etc.) keep it away from really shining but it passes.
