Pierwszy polski browar rzemieślniczy. Przygodę z piwowarstwem zaczynaliśmy od warzenia w kuchni. W 2012 roku zdecydowaliśmy, że domowe garnki to dla nas za mało. Warzelnię w Natolinie zbudowaliśmy własnoręcznie, przerabiając przywiezione z Niemiec urządzenia i zbiorniki.

Dość szybko okazało się, że natoliński browar jest dla nas za mały. W 2015 roku przeprowadziliśmy się zatem do Błonia, zajmując jedną z hal dawnych zakładów mechaniki precyzyjnej Mera-Błonie, gdzie pracujemy do dziś.

50cl bottle is an oily black, long legs, no head.  Nose has cocoa and malt and cinnamon and caramel and butterscotch and muddled spices.  Flavor is dulce de leche, tres leches, all the leches.  Sweet finish with less cinnamon than I wanted.  Full bodied but that goes without question.   7 4 7 3 14

500ml Bottle - Hazy golden/light amber. Soapy hops, rye, caramel and some slightly herbal notes in the aroma. Hoppy and slightly soapy taste with grapefruit, pine, toffee, marmalade and some slightly spicy and herbal notes.

Amber with a frothy, white head. Fruity aroma with a lot of citrus and a touch of caramel. Bitter with resin at the finish. Balanced. Refreshing. Decent chewiness.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Caramel and a vague but pleasant fruitiness that could carry a touch of apricot. Bittersweet up front. Moderate bitter at the finish with some resin. Decent chewiness, yet also with a slightly ambiguous almost watery texture at times. Refreshing.

500ml Bottle - Murky light orange with a foamy head. Orange, mandarin and some slightly grainy notes in the aroma. Bubblegum, citrus, pineapple and some grainy notes in the taste.

Draught at the brewery tap in May 2023. Hazy orange in colour. Pineapple, orange, mango and some notes of vanilla and coconut all feature in both the aroma and in i the slightly tangy taste.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 31.03.2023). W aromacie nuty beczki, wanilii ale też nuty drewniane, wydawać by się mogło że piwo będzie wytrawne a przynajmniej tak sugeruje aromat, w smaku natomiast jest bardziej słodko niż wytrwanie ze szlachetnym alkoholem w kontrze. Piwo jest pełne w odbiorze, dość gładkie i wyraźnie rozgrzewające, trochę banany się gdzieś schowały za czekoladą i alkoholem, ogólnie bardzo smacznie wyszło.

Butelka 33cl (BB 25.04.2024). Mega czekolada okraszona wanilią plus nuta orzechów ale tylko bezpośrednio po otwarciu butelki potem szybko ulatuje. Bardzo gładkie, pełne w odbiorze z subtelnym szlachetnym alkoholem na finiszu, wyraźnie rozgrzewającym, świetne piwo.
