Bottle 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, deep amber colored. AROMA- toasted malts, bread crusts, caramel, nuts, touch of earthy tones. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, lightly bitter, nougat, toasted malts, bread crusts. Medium bodied. Not bad.

Bottle 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, orange, mango, floral and spicy. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, very fruity again, floral, rooty. Medium bodied. Very good.

Bottle 0.5l. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, tropical fruit, bon-pari, candied fruit. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly fruity sour, bitter, citrusy, bon-pari, lime, tropical fruit, leaves, candied fruit. Fuller bodied.

Draught at BEERTIME.pub. Hazy, straw colored. AROMA- lots of citrus, candied fruit, floral. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied.

Tap at the brewpub, shared with Fil I think. Murky ruby body wiht an off white head. Malty notes in the aroma combined with the fruity & bubblegum-like esters nicely enough. Dry taste, combining said bubblegum with dry malty and herbal touches. Did I mention it was dry? It was, and exceedingly so. Not bad as far as non-Belgian Belgians go, but far from the classics!

Tap at the brewpub, shared with Motelpogo. Pale yellow-golden body with a white head. Huge tropical fruit aroma, Mosaic owns the place and isn't afraid to show it. Sweetish taste, with Mosaic showing its tropical loveliness again, before heading into a herbal finish. Excellent pale ale!

Tap at Nubeerbar, Prague. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, light tropical fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth, rich, toffee malt, fruity, light floral hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
