Appearance: Foggy light amber with a moderate off-white head of medium retention. Aroma: Smoke, more moderate bacon and cheese, buckwheat, caramel, distant cardboard. Taste: Light sweet, pretty malty, smoked. caramel, bacon, smoked cheese. Some esters. Grassy hop. Light ending hop bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium body, Average carbonation. Overall: Not bad really, just too expensive for what it is.

Hazy amber, large off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: esters, some Belgian yeasty notes, caramel, mouldy malt. Taste: rather dry, special malt, hop, esters. Medium minus ending hop bitterness. Light to medium body. Average carbonation. Overall: controversial
