Dorée pâle au col fin blanc peu tenace avec une effervescence intense.
Arôme donne le ton des l’ouverture avec ce bouquet ouverture de bocal de cornichons doux. Le volet salin arrive en retrait, sans être surfait mais se fait tout de même noter.
Palais est léger sur les malts, infusion de concombre avec ce côté cornichon fermenté doux mais avec l’effet salin. Leger et rafraichissante, fini sur le citrique avec une base maltée en retrait qui accompagne ce caractère infusion eau concombre.
