Ein schön süffiges tschechisches zwölfgrädiges Helles, das eine tolle Mischung aus leicht buttrigen und verdammt süffigen Wirtshausbier und kreativer, cooler aus einigen Aromahopfensorten komponierten BItterkeit. Es hat 2019 einen Preis bei einem Prager Bierwettbewerb gewonnen und das hat es wohl auch verdient.

Die Berliner Weiße erobert gerade offenbar Tschechien, denn ich sehe sie immer öfter auf den Karten der hiesigen Bierlokale, dazu sind diese oftmals schon aus eigener Kreation und mit allerlei Fruchtzeug versetzt (einzig der grüne Waldmeister bleibt den Deutschen vorbehalten) Dieses Sauerkirschen-Sauerbier mit dem klangvollen Namen liefert was es verspricht: ordentlich spritzige Säure und leicht malzige Noten im Abgang. Einzig die Fruchtigkeit könnte etwas intensiver sein.

Bottle 0.33l from the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- full of exotic fruit, pulp and juice, peach, exotic type of mango, candies. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately bitter, juicy, full of fruit, citrusy, bon-pari, pine, some resins. Medium bodied. Really tasty.

Tap. Malty amd hoppy aroma and taste, citrus fruit, medium bitter. Light to medium body, malty and hoppy bitter finish. Ok.

Tap at Malt Worm. Thx Sadvar! Reddish amber-bronze body. Lacto sour aroma, lacto sour taste with some light cherries. Highly boring, a letdown.

Tap at Wormy Malt. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Light sweetness and caramelly maltiness. Medium bitterness, moderate citrusy, resiny, piney, also slightly grassy and earthy hops character. Light diacetyl. Overall drinkable, good.

Tap at Cobolis. Hazy red-golden body, off-white head. Cherry jam aroma. Tart, sour cherry taste, quite okay, if a bit metallic. The jammy cherry notes lift it up slightly, a bit cakey. Different, but works.

Tap at the brewpub. Golden body, off-white head. Citric, herbal, flowery mix in the aroma, a bit share. Soft, lighter taste, yeasty, almost smokey, lightly minerally, almost no hops, vague at best. Nice body, but weird tasting.

Blood orange colour with thin head. Nicely juicy and fruity. Some kind of berry. Decent body.
