Description
Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.
Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

O høye pils, du funkler i juveler!

Stubby bottle. Enormous thanks to Ivan R. & Mirna for sharing! Misty amber body with no head. Soft, sweetish predominantly hoppy aroma, mixing big tropical fruit and dank notes, lovely and pungent. Again, hop-forward taste, dank and slightly tropical, nice mild bitterness in the finish. This is almost flawless for what it is, a tasty aroma-hop driven light beer, where hops shine the most.
