About
Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.
Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

On tap at BeerYard Festival, Zagreb. It poured a hazy orange body with medium sized head. Aroma of biscuit and sweet, sugary malt. Light tropical fruits. Flavor was fruity malty, both tropical and citrus maybe even on a sweeter side with very light bitterness, if any. Medium bodied with a long finish, still sweet sugary, fruity and lemony. Not really an IPA, too sweet, but it was a pleasant addition to the festival anyhow.
