Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.

Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

on tap in Stupavar Beer Pub. pours hazy golden, medium long lasting white head. aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. taste of pineapple and mango mixed with candies, higher ABV is noticeable. finish is bitter and hoppy

Bottle at a tasting. Juicy exotic pineapple hoppiness, moderate-high bitterness, easy drinking well attenuated piece. Good one.

Bottle from 100 piv. Gold. Color with medium white head. Aroma of mosaic hops, malt. Taste, starts malty followed by nice hoppy kick, Mosaic hops is clearly recognizable. Very good.

On tap. Clear golden body, huge and lasting white head. Aroma of bread, grains, floral hops and some kush. Taste of bread, grains, biscuit, lemon zest, floral hops and weed. Very nice.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is passion fruit, tropic fruit, and also a little butter. Taste is fresh sourness and a lot of butter. The typical IPA bitterness as well. Some more butter in the finish as well. Even peas. Medium body. Ok but too much butter.

Tap at 20 PIP. Cloudy golden color with white head. Aroma is butter, grassy hops, some peach maybe. Taste is more grassy hops and butter, some sweeter fruits giving balance, and a bitter finish - but way less bitter than the Pale Ales I’ve had today. Medium carbonation. The wheat character is noticeable. Ok, nothing too special. Very buttery.

Bottle at 100 piv. Sweaty unpleasant aroma and taste. Traditional English hops should feel different, this seems slightly oxidized and astringent. Poorly drinking to me.

Bottle at 100 piv. Lots of fruitiness, decent bitterness as well. Not exactly wheaty per se, but that does not hurt it none. Quite good though not as refreshing or drinkable as I would expect.
