Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.
Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Bottle shared by Fajry, thanks! Hops centered, well attenuated. Weirdly lightly sourish, otherwise spiciness, pineapple, fruity. Weird but mostly good.

Bottle 0.75l. Near black colored. AROMA- green leaves, black currant, dark chocolate or cocoa powder. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, bitter, again leaves, black currant and chocolate, alcohol in finish. Medium bodied.

Tap at Komin. The hops aromatics are not really that high here. Obscured by moderate malty sweetness, caramelly flavour, also high yeast-derived esters. The hops seems also kind of general fruity, slightly citrus and then grassy. Overall an enjoyable beer but I wish the hops shined more.

Tap at Zastavka, Brno. Poured a deep amber brown with a lasting off white head. Aroma of caramel, dark fruit, malt and hop. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body and sticky texture. Good beer.

Bottle. Very dark brown color with medium beige head. Roasted malt, coffee, citrus hops in aroma. Taste,is very similar. Nice hoppy bitterness in coffee bitter finish. Tasty.
