Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.

Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Tap at Komin. Clear yellow colour, stable white head. Very clean and easy drinking with light high carbonation, light to medium body, moderate bitterness and long dry hoppy grassy finish. Core hops flavours are grassy, resiny, slightly earthy. Very sessionable tjough I could use more intense hops flavours.

Bottle from 100 piv. Malt, citrus hops with zes pines, earthy notes in aroma Taste, Solid malty base with honey, followed by nice earthy, citrus hoppy bitterness. Long citrus hoppy finish with notes of honey. Good.

Bottle 0.75l. Clear, red to brown colored. AROMA- low, but pleasant, roasted malts, resiny hops, licorice, mint. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, roasted malts, chocolate, hops, mint. Medium bodied, well drinkable.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl via the cgarvieuk dregs run. Appearance - golden amber with a nice fluffy head. Nose - big mango note, then citrus. More than expected from a lager. Taste - more of the same. Mango definitely there. Lime finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy body and a long dry finish. Overall - a good dry hopped lager.

Bottle from Craigs, dregs run, shared with AshtonMcCobb. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of mango, tropical fruit. Taste is bitter, light sweet finish.

0,33l bottle at home bought at a beer store in Brno (dont remember which one). BB 12-02-2016. dark brown color, small coffee-colored head. smells of joghurt, spices, a bit grainy, not very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick moutfheel. tastes uhm, weird, some licorice, light joghurt notes, light sweetness, caramel, spices. finishes with licorice and spices, also light joghurt. I was looking forward to this one (because of the other ratings), but its quite weird, the flavors are all over the place. I guess an issue with freshness (today == bb-date), I bought this 5 days ago in Brno, I think the store even had it in the fridge. Hope to be able to rerate this.

Tap at RJ. Clear golden to copper colour. Moderate to high exotic fruity hops aroma and flavour, with characteristic dill in the taste. Almost moderate sweet sugary malt background, moderate to light high bitterness. Good but nothing very special.

Tap at Richtar Jakub. Golden color with thick white hrad. Light citrus aroma with malty notes. Citrus hoppy taste with zest, pines. Long hoppy bitter finish. Very good.
