Description
Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.

Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Tap at Beertime. Murky yellow body, not much head. Pear and big spice in the sweetish aroma. Sweetish taste, pear, clove, bit salty, more malty/fuller body than expected. Meh. Okay.

1L Bottle - Light amber in colour. Wood, pine and some herbal notes in the aroma. Herbal and moderately bitter taste with pine, caramel, citrus and some spicy notes. Uran seems to be a rather interesting hop variety. It works quite well on its own but is perhaps even better when combined with other varieties.

Tap at Malt Worm. Thin watery body, light carbonation. Could really use some bubbles. Pretty easy drinking, neutral, inoffensive. Hops character masterfully hidden, as is actually any character at all. Hints of bready grainy maltiness and faint grassy zesty hops, but overall very watery, boring, meh. Also, I dont get the name, like at all. Big fail energy. It even looks like piss. Nothing common with any kind of an IPA. Bad.

Bottle 0.75l. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- juicy, floral and herbal, citrusy, orange, touch of diacetyl. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, bitter, citrusy, apricot, peach, mango, quite herbal, resinous, leafy, touch of alcohol, touch of diacetyl, unpleasantly grassy at the bottom. Medium to fuller bodied. Overall tasty.
