Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.

Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

750ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a foamy head. Bread, herbs and some hints ashtray in the aroma. Malty taste with a combination of citrus and herbs detected. Not that good but drinkable.

A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry citrusy hops, flowers, some pine. Taste of piney bitter hops, citrus, tangerine, pale malt, long bitter finish.

Tap at Brustok 2025. Hazy yellow-orange body, off-white head. Citric, somewhat herbal aroma, simple. Lean, citric taste, with a paint-like spicy touch as well. Okay, but not thrilling.

Tap at Brustok 2025. Clearish golden body, thick white head. Resinous aroma, light maltiness. Light chili presence in the taste, bit meaty, lightly grainy and floral. Actually nice in a way, imperfect but enjoyable!

Tap @ Beer Spot, Prague. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy red. Aroma and taste are citrus, plums, lactose acid and has a nice sour finish.

750ml Bottle - Black in colour. Vanilla dominates the aroma but some notes of coffee are there too. Vanilla is also pretty dominant in the taste but the cocoa lurks underneath with some roasted malt.

Yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is herbal, lemongrass, mild grainy and some earthy tones with a bit bready tones too. Flavour is bready, grainy, herbal, grassy and some mild earthy tones.

750ml Bottle - Golden with a haze and a white head. Grapefruit, mango, peach, melon and some slightly spicy notes in the aroma. The taste is hoppy with orange, mango, mandarin, melon, peach and some herbal and spicy hints.
