Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.

Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Tap at Malý Pivo. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Gummy aroma, floral, resinous notes, light yellow fruit. Gummy taste, resinous, bit spicy, lightly sulfuric, relatively pleasant, ending dry and bitter.

A murky bright golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of mid sweet oat malt, stone fruits, citra, yeast. Taste of yellow stone fruits, apricot, oat malt, yeast, hay, moderate bitterness.

Tap at 100 piv. Thin body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Feels slightly oxidized, papery. The hops character is kinda dull too. Moderately grassy, echoes of dank, might have been fruity once upon a time, but not anymore. Drinkable, but I expected fresher hops character.

Tap at Myslis? Thin body, med-high carbo. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Malt in the background, but hops is also mellow. Not the most intense variety. Med-light grassy, a bit herbal and earthy hops character. Overall good but not great, rather lagerish feeling piece.

750ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a foamy head. Grapefruit, pineapple, orange, bubblegum and a hint of onion in the aroma. Hoppy and tangy taste with grapefruit, orange, bubblegum, pine and a hint. Tasty and a good showcase for some of the new Czech hops.

75cl bottle from Yeme Tomášikova. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is gold, light hazy. Aroma is orange, grapes, mango, grapefruit, pineapple, spicy. Taste is medium malty base, grapefruits, toast, tropical fruits, caramel, long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.
