Description
Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.
Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Tap at Mešuge with the lads. Murky orange-yellow body, off-white thick head. Orange in the aroma, white grapes, light NZ herbs. Creamy citric-apricot taste with NZ herbs, pleasant, bitter herbal bitterness by the end, soft and creamy mouthfeel. Nice! I guess I hate NZ-NE stuff the least at the table, hah.

Tap at Mesuge. Full body, med-high carbonation. Shitloads of cereal oatiness. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness, med-light hop burn. Lots of grassy, moderate generic fruity and dank character. Could use a bit more well defined hoppiness. Overall not my cup of beer.
