Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.

Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, flowers, some citrus hops. Taste of fresh dry grassy and citrusy hops, flowers, stone fruits, long bitter finish.

Tap at Kollarko. Golden color with medium white head. Vinous aroma with light malt. Taste starts malty followed by nice moderate vinous sourness. Refreshing and good.

75 cl bottle @ home, BBE 13.11.2023 Aroma is quite mild with some fruitiness. Flavour has toffee, butter, fruity hops, floral tones and minerals. Too dry and stuffy, drinkability could be better.

Bottle 0.75l. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- quite fruity, tropical fruit, citrusy, lychee, wild strawberry, bubble gum, meadow grasses. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, moderately bitter and dry finish, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Bislang eines der besten IPAs, das ich bislang hatte 👍. Es schafft, einen Bogen zwischen erwarteten sortentypischen Bitteraromen den Bogen zu spannen zu fruchtig-spritzigen Hopfennoten und dabei süffig wie ein leichtes Lager zu bleiben. Dazu hat es eine grasige Note, die es unverkennbar macht und ihm eine eigene Seele verleiht. Wahrlich ein tolles Bier.

Tap at Opapa. Golden color with thick white head. Aroma of Earl Grey, citrus hoppy bitterness. Taste is mainly Earl Grey, later on citrus hops is coming. . Citrus, zest, light pines.

750ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Orange, pine and mango in the aroma. Orange, pine, caramel, hop resins and some notes of clementines and biscuits in the taste. Nicely balanced and rather moreish.
