Die schwarze Knospe 🌑, wie dieses Bier übersetzt heißt, war in meinem Fall leider schon verblüht 🥀, also das Bier sauer. geworden. Das ist recht schade, da es eine schöne tiefschwarze Farbe und ölige Textur hatte, was von runden herb-malzigen Aromen begleitet wurde. Ich glaube, dass es durchaus ein schönes, schweres 🪨 und aromatisches Bier 🍺 ist.

Irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, dass die große Zeit der schweren, tiefschwarzen Milk-Stouts 🍼 vorbei ist. Wobei dieses ein guter Vertreter dieses Typs ist. Es hat schöne röstmalzige 🔥 Aromen gepaart mit Milchsäure 🥛. Das mag etwas schwer sein, erzeugt aber sonst ein harmonisches Ganzes.

On tap at Dno Pytle. Hazy golden-amber body, off-white head. At first it sported a pleasant floral-fruity aroma, that devolved slightly into a creamy, almost-yogurty peachy mess, before acetaldehyde came out in force. Lean, dry taste, initially hoppy, later a bit on the odd heavy fruity berry-banana side, lightly herbal. Fine while cold and fresh, but under those Czech hops is a slightly messy, flawed beer.

Appearance: Light hazy, very pale yellow color. Medium, white head. Taste: Light sweet malty, citrusy, lemon, citrusy-sourish. Palate: Light body.
