Thanks to Per Pippin for sharing a 750ml special designed bottle. 7 % abv. A hazy, amber coloured body under a frothy, fawn-coloured head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Aroma of mid-sweet malts, bread and dried fruits. Rye bread, caramel, and dried fruity flavours together with a basement touch. Mid-dry malt-fruity bitterness to the ending. Well bodied. Pleasant (with friends at Sommarøy 01.08.2015).

Keg at the Brewpub in Slany Day 5 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 3/10/14. Clear reddy / copper coloured pour, with a fleetinghalo of sticky cream head. Aroma is sweet biscuity and toasted malts, toffee, unrefined sugars. Flavour is composed of brown bread, toasted malts, light jammy fruits, rye spice and a touch of sweet toffe, but rounds out nicely. Palate is just beautiful, just melts in the mouth, slightly creamy, highish carbonation. Really tasty, very good balance.
