Flip top bottle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Nose is roast malts black licorice and some sweetness. Taste is more of the nice black licorice some molasses chocolate and roast.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus, 8.5%. Hazy amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, grapefruit, caramel and pine. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, peach, caramel, medium sweet, little grapefruit, pine, notes of berries, spicy, little dry and bitter.

Thick greige head over near-black beer. Mint, rosemary, roasted, dark roasted malts. Sweet-bitterish, lightly smoked flavour. Oxyidized in the finish. Very slick, oily, well-bodied; alcoholwarming. Czech on steroids - but not really complex. Dakujem, Peter!

Bottle share at RBBWG 2017, thanks for sharing. Brune foncée, col beige, café au lait. Arôme au nez malté, grillé avec un petit rétro de caramel, le tout laisse percer une petite touche de douceur en rétro avec un léger fruité noir rappelant les figues. Palais est épais grains et malté, caramel sur légère note de grillé. Petite douceur en retrait venant du caramel et un effet pomme cara. Amertume est plus discrète et marquée par une signature type anglaise EKG qui offre une pointe de fleuri et citronné.

Bottle share at RBBWG 2017, thanks for sharing. BB 27.02.2017. Dorée, col blanc crémeux. Arôme est finement houblonné, fruité avec rétro de malt pils, levure lager et touche de, je suppose, houblon Enigma qui apporte un rétro tropical qui ne semble pas vraiment briller. Palais est malté moyen avec une petite touche huileuse des houblons. Fruité fermenté, amertume persiste en fin de bouche. Malheureusement, l’usage de ces houblons assez spéciaux n’est pas restitué dans l’effet attendu en bouche. Le tropical sensé apporté fraicheur et trancher avec les malts est trop discret.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks zvsn. Slightly hazy golden. Aroma of lots of butter, some fruity hops. Flavor has some sweetish butter, and bitter fruity hops.

Bottle share at RBBWG 2017, thanks for sharing. Couleur ambre, col beige. Arôme offe un léger bouquet caramel pâle, pils avec un rétro de levure lager avec un houblonné plutôt noble rappelant le Sladek ou autre houblon régional. Palais est léger malté, cara pâle avec une petite note de grillé. Pointe de fruité noir rappelant le raisin. Amertume reste modérée mais plaisante sur un corps noble.
