500ml bottle from premium Czech beers online. Pours clear brown, thin off-white head. Aromas are metallic and toffee, light herbal hops. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish.

500ml bottle from Premium Czech Beers online. Pours clear golden honey, thin bubbly short-lived white head. Crisp mineral aromas, light grassiness. Taste is quite sweet, with a herbal hop backnote, slightly astringent. Creamy texture. Decent.

Jun ’14. On tap at homebrewer competition in Magic beer room, Zagreb. It poured clear copper body with medium sized head. Caramel and bread aroma, predominately malty. Hops were evident only in the flavor, as lightly bitter balance for toasted malty dominance. Caramel, dark fruits and a bit of bread were most pronounced flavors. Medium bodied with sweetish and herbal bitter finish. Very good polotmavy!

Jun ’14. On tap at homebrewer competition in Magic beer room, Zagreb. It poured hazy (?) golden body with small head. Herbal hop aroma, grainy as well. Flavor was bitter, too, these herbal hops were even more evident, while malt was presented in bread form with sweet honey being pronounced later. Medium bodied with long, pleasant dry finish. Really a fine thirst quencher on very hot June day, but nothing too exquisite objectively.

3rd Oct 2014, on tap in Ferdinanda, Prague: by far their best beer on offer that evening, the other three being towards the bland and uninteresting types of beer challenges. This 7 Bullets brew came in lovely 0.4 litre vase shaped glasses with the beers name and logo on them. We had three each of these as we really took to the sweetness and flavours. Pours a pleasant deep amber with a good sized white head that did try to stay but failed somewhat. Aroma was of malts, semi-sweet caramel, dark fruits and a toffee hint in the background. The taste would too sweet for some but my wife and I really took to it. So much more interesting flavour wise than the Pilsner/lager/dunkels we had tried before this brew. Light bitterness finished each sip off nicely and primed your taste buds for the next mouthful. One of the best beers we had in our beery week in Prague.

3rd Oct 2014, on-tap at Ferdinanda, Prague. Pours a deep, dark brown with an tan coloured head. Aroma is semi-sweet roasted malt, caramel and breadlike. The taste is also semi-sweet but there is some liquorice in the flavour also. Not as rich as it looks body wise but OK and not watery. This was the third on-tap beer I had in their place and I was beginning to get bored: luckily ’Sedm Kuli Tmave’ was next!

3rd Oct 2014: on-tap in Ferdinanda, Prague. Clear golden body, off white head, with lacing. Aroma was weak and almost none existent, some mild malts maybe: the beer was very cold on arrival at our table, so perhaps it needed to warm up before it gave off any esters? It was drank too fast for that to happen though. Hop bitterness in the taste with a hint or too of sweetening maltiness. Fairly high carbonation but it suited the beer. OK, but nothing special.

3rd Oct 2014 on-tap in Ferdinanda, Prague. Pours a clear golden colour with a weak but lasting white head. Mild malty aroma with a yeast and hop trace. Bitter feel to the taste with only a light sweetness later in the flavour. Bog standard ’light lager/pilsner’.

Pours a dark brown color, topped with a small tan colored head. Sweet aroma, some caramel and fruity notes. Some alcohol too. The taste was slightly too sweet and malty - a bit unpleasant. Too bad, was promising much more.

Pours a clear golden color, topped witha decent white head. Quite malty aroma, not much else. The taste is sweet throughout, not very enjoyable, too sweet actually. Also sweet finish, lacking some bitterness. Not very enjoyable.
