We are named after the silver carp, the very fat fish roaming the rivers and lakes of Europe. Its shape resembles the body of one our brewers after he quit rowing. With all the fat he gained the nickname Lobik came included. From the look of things the whole team will earn the nickname rather soon.
The goal of the brewery from the very beginning has remained the same. It means making the beers we like to drink. Admittedly it means they are a bit heavy on the alcohol and complex with its tastes. Consequentially it means we use the highest quality of ingredients. Anyway, enough about us. We just hope you like our beers and drink them with the joy we do!

Pours oily black and thick, topped with solid coffee cream colored head. Malty nose with lots of chocolate and some roastiness in teh back. Lots of vanilla, some woodiness and slight boozy feel. Starts slightly sweet, follows roasty and solid bitter, finishes with strong coffee character. Silky and smooth texture, full body. Nice and complex.

Taste starts with medium sweet biscuit malt, following is refreshing fruity and grassy with slight medicinal note, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. I’m glad this one’s not green as their champion, but good it is for sure...

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of passion fruit, peach, pineapple and biscuit. Pours almost clear dark green (yes it’s green and I’m not color blind) with thin creamy green head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with light to medium sweet biscuit malt, follows herbal, piney and fruity, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Appatently purple color turned into green in few months. Therefore, Green Dragons might like this beer, too...

Pours hazy coppery-red colour, wine quality, topepd with a very small and nonlasting white frothy head. Vinous soury nose, easily picked up which is preceede by a very lovely and sweet blueberry presence, but sadly it's very short lived and replaced by some leathery presence. Taste similar, solid fruity sourness with vinous character, quite puckery though not too sharp. Dry finis. Lighter body and fresh feeling. Very nice one with a strong wine character.
