We are named after the silver carp, the very fat fish roaming the rivers and lakes of Europe. Its shape resembles the body of one our brewers after he quit rowing. With all the fat he gained the nickname Lobik came included. From the look of things the whole team will earn the nickname rather soon.
The goal of the brewery from the very beginning has remained the same. It means making the beers we like to drink. Admittedly it means they are a bit heavy on the alcohol and complex with its tastes. Consequentially it means we use the highest quality of ingredients. Anyway, enough about us. We just hope you like our beers and drink them with the joy we do!

0.5 l bottle from Že v redu, Primož (It's Alright, Primož). Shared at a drinking session with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran in the summer of 2017. Thanks! Unfortunately passed its due date. Cloudy dark golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy - grassy, herbal, leaves. Caramel malts. Lost its bitterness. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, light bitter finish.

Can bought at Že v redu, Primož (It's alright, Primož), Ljubljana and shared with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran right there and then (summer of 2017). Thanks! Murky golden, medium off-white head. Moderately to heavily hoppy, fruity hops - orange, zest, tropical, peach. Medium to high bitterness, aromatic. Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, lasting dry finish. Excellent APA, more like an IPA!

Pours just slightly hazy yellow golden, topped with almost no head to speak of. Soury character present in the nose with notes of grape, wine and some fruitiness in the back. Just slightly puckering, with vinous character and some yeasty presence. Quite lasting aftertaste. Quite a fresh feeling despite being flat. Nice one actually.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Unclear dark golden coloured, small off-white head, sour cherries and light vinager in the nose. Moderate malty, vinager, acetic, cherries and acetone with tartish finish. Maybe a bit too watery but pleasant.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, pleasant hoppy fruity nose. Malty, citrusy, slightly herbal hoppy and notes of grapefruit with mild bitterness in the finish. Quite nice and easy-drinkable.

Pours darker purple color, topped with a medium sized off-white head. Pleasant and slightly more gentle sweet hoppy notes of tropical fruits with held back malty background. Moderate fruity sweetness upfront, followed by medium hoppy bitterness and medium aftertaste. Not bad, although nothing too special as well.

On tap at Pivo & Burger Fest in Ljubljana. Pours fiery and hazy orange, topped with thinner white fluffy head. Peachy fruity nose with malty biscuits in the back - very nice. Medium bitterness, slightly herbal with biscuity maltiness in the back. Slight warming alcohol that gets much more intense and sharp with time. Can be a bit too intrusive. Still nice one.

Tap at Craft Room. Hazy deep golden-amber, scant off white head. Enormous acetic aroma, vinegar and acetone, sharp... Erg. Acetic taste, milder, lightly salty, solid malty, much more balanced than the aroma, nicely drinkable even, the lemony and acetic touches kept in balance. Nice, but not as great as, say, Barut's sours.
