We are named after the silver carp, the very fat fish roaming the rivers and lakes of Europe. Its shape resembles the body of one our brewers after he quit rowing. With all the fat he gained the nickname Lobik came included. From the look of things the whole team will earn the nickname rather soon.
The goal of the brewery from the very beginning has remained the same. It means making the beers we like to drink. Admittedly it means they are a bit heavy on the alcohol and complex with its tastes. Consequentially it means we use the highest quality of ingredients. Anyway, enough about us. We just hope you like our beers and drink them with the joy we do!

0.33l can, thx Ogi for sharing with Hrabren and me. Shiny yellow body, murky head, lasting small off-white head. Some smooth stone fruit and sharp citric notes, along with some green fruit in the aroma. Smooth taste, citric, resinous, smooth, bit minerally, not the freshest seeming, very drinkable, but not in top shape.

Can, thx Ogi! Clear paaale yellow-golden body, off-white head, thick. Sharp citric, slightly herbal aroma, some apple. Lean, dry taste, creamy, vague Cedevita citric candy, vague resin and herbal touches, almost no bitterness, minerally. Quite unique, not really a West Coast. Fun experiment.

Tap at Kavarna Cukrarna with Hrabren and Ogi. Lovely shiny murky full yellow body, but no head. Bit unripe mango in the aroma, but aroma nonetheless. Full juicy mango taste, almost nothing else... I didn't hate is as much as the others did.
