Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Citrussy and a bit floral with notes of lemon, peppery yeast, hop, grass. Light bittersweet, a little dryness in the finish. Good Saison-ish Blond.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange golden colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of banana, a touch of white bread crust, some apricot, whiffs of vanilla and clove. Taste is wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy and mildly bitter hoppy, hints of unripe banana, a touch of apricot, unripe apricot; minimally alcoholic finish. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice apricot touch, not much depth overall - OK.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai en gedronken met Tomhendriksen Keukenman en Roelzie. Bruin bier met matig schuim dat als een film blijft liggen. Aroma van gebrande mout, pruim. Smaak is houtig en hoppig. Nasmaak is bitter.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai, geprobeerd met Inoven, Keukeman en Roelzie. Het is een troebel roodbruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van caramel en rozijnen. De smaak is moutig, zacht fruitig met tonen van bessen en rozijnen.

Bottle shared at tasting. Brown color, full sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, leaves, lightly a sharp hint in the background, soft distant sweet notes as well. A bit dusty and boring tbh. Hmm and as a quadrupel not that good.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brown colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, dark sulphureous head. Yeasty fruity and dark malty aroma, notes of dark fruit, dark berries, dried fruit, raisin, plum, morello, a touch of liquorice and chocolate, peppery spicy, yeasty overtones, some clove. Taste is sweet-ish, dark and caramel malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, mildly bitter and minimally leafy, hoppy counterpart, hints of dark fruit, dark berries, dried fruit, blueberry, a touch of liquorice, minimally ashy undertones; minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Watery texture, smooth and slightly dry palate, medium, foamy, prickly carbonation. Rich and manifold, sadly a bit watery and slightly heterogeneous - not bad.
