Bottle 0.75l. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- floral, herbal, bear garlic, malt, a bit perfumy, slight touch of citrus. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, moderately bitter, spicy, herbal, bear garlic, grassy finish. Medium bodied. Good.

0.75l bottle from BaseCamp. Murky yellow body, white head. Complex aroma, sadly, that sharp grain-going-popcorn note that's frequent in Pioneer's beers recently is still there, but the fruity profile, be it hops or yeast, is actually, when it breaks through, enticing. Strong perfumey wild herb notes, soft citric touches, maybe apricot. Soft taste, again that rough grainy note, again nice soft peachy notes. Frustrating, tasty at times, the next sip might be slightly off. Oh well.

0.75l bottle from BaseCamp. Fairly clear, just slightly hazy golden body, huge white head, lively carbonation. Interesting aroma, there are some mild bready undertones, some herbal notes, ant acid-like in a way, but not intensely, still within herbal restraints, and there are some fruity notes mixing with all of that. The taste is quite herbal-spicy, maquis-like, bitterish, some fruity touches. Okay really overall, not the best showcase of Saturn... or maybe it is.

0.75l bottle Clear golden-amber body, lasting white head, nice. Lean aroma, something in between tangerine/citrus fruit and milder coconut, woody, quite dry. Soft, lean taste, coconut and light wood, mildly citric. I mean, okay IPA.

0.75l bottle. Aaah, 10° (4%) pale lager in a 0.75l bottle. Gotta love that. Shiny golden-amber body, white head. Huge DMS strikes from aroma initially, cooked corn and veggies. Ah damn. Way after, just some tart herbal notes. Okay taste, sweetish, smoothly herbal, smooth body, actually lovely mouthfeel, but the taste isn't fully developed and it's like the DMS left some vague traces there. I expect more from these guys.

Bottle from Base Camp. Clear full golden-amber body, big, lasting white head. Sharpish slightly muddled tropical fruity hoppy aroma, light, some rougher maltienss, lightly yeasty. Some stone fruit, vaguely fruity, vaguely grainy, odd peachy-grainy-yeasty balance. The stated 55 bitterness seems more like 15... Hm, not terrible, not great. Not great, not terrible.
