getrunken im November 2016 vor Ort Das Taxis ist ein 14-grädiges Helles, das noch ein bisschen gehaltvoller ist und vollmundiger im Geschmack ist als das 12-grädige. Ich habe das meinige an der Schank im Brauerei-Restaurant getrunken und bin begeistert: Gutes Oktoberfest-Bier in gemütlicher Beisl-Atmosphäre mit einem Preis für das Krügerl (0,5 l) um 1,50 €. Das Beisl sowie das Bier ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Bottle at home. Labelled as ’Pernstejn Klasik Polotmavé’. Bought from Utobeer. Sweet an sour aroma - malt, yeast and sugar. Very dark, opaque, amber. Next to no head. A restrained sweetness, with a low key bitterness on the high notes. Light bodies. Soft, with some carbonation. Sugar and malts, some spice. Enjoyable.

Keg at Three Johns, 06/10/16. Rich brown with a decent tan cap. Nose is toffee, biscuit, dark malts, hint of liquorice. Taste comprises red berry tang, light spice, biscuit, toffee, brown bread, sweet notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for style.

bottle. Clear golden, higher white head that quickly disappeared. Aroma: acetaldehyd, malt, bread, straw. Taste: malt, grass, green apple. Light body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Average or even below.

Keg at Three Johns. It pours clear deep mahogany brown with a medium beige head. The aroma is sweet, brown bread, caramel, toffee, fruit cake and some candy. The taste is soft, sweet, dry, woody, earth, caramel, toffee, fruit cake, light spice with a dry, woody finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Drinks easy. Decent tmavy.

on tap at Unas. Clear golden, medium white head. Aroma: malt, bread, grassy hops, salt. Taste: malt, bread, bitter hops. Light body, medium carbonation, watery. Medium but kind of strange bitterness leaving aftertaste.

Közepes, nagyon tartós hófehér hab, rezesbe hajló, tiszta, borostyán szín. Pilzenis alapillat, karamelles, enyhén fűszeres aromákkal kiegészülve. Lágeres, karamelles ízvilág. Közepesen testes és szénsavas. Keserűsége elmarad a szokásos pilzeni típusú sörökhöz viszonyítva, ebben a tekintetben inkább pale lager, persze az ipari lágereknél sokkal intenzívebb és aromásabb.
