Bottle at home. Labelled as ’Pernstejn Klasik Polotmavé’. Bought from Utobeer. Sweet an sour aroma - malt, yeast and sugar. Very dark, opaque, amber. Next to no head. A restrained sweetness, with a low key bitterness on the high notes. Light bodies. Soft, with some carbonation. Sugar and malts, some spice. Enjoyable.

Først ut på Holmens aktivitetsdag feb-14: en fruktig og lett start på bryggedagen. Behagelig og balansert, med en slank kropp somm gjør den lett å helle i seg før vi må ut til kokekjelen.

Clear and nutty brown. Beige head. Sweet and fruity aroma with caramel and crystal malts. Fine balance and good drinkability, allthough not very exciting. Some hoppyness in aftertaste
