Can. Slightly unclear amber with a cm of white head. Lots of (ruby?) grapefruit with breadcrust, floral notes and hints of dark berries. The aroma really works but the actual citrus intrudes a little upon a swig. A slightly cooked syrup feel to the citrus but it’s still nicely balanced with crusty bread, some remaining sweetness and firm bitterness. Pretty good..
